Our company, Teijin Medical Technologies Co., Ltd., was established on 3 July, 2017, as the result of a simple incorporation-type company split from C.I. Takiron Co., Ltd. (based in Kita-ku, Osaka City). We have inherited the medical business, which involve the development, manufacture and sale ofbioresorbable materials for osteosynthesis.
On the same day, 86% of our stock was acquired by Teijin Limited (based in Kita-Ku, Osaka City), which marked the beginning of our company as a subsidiary of Teijin Limited.
